At Xbeauty, we partner with Tapstitch, a made-to-order dropshipping provider. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, our return policy is structured to ensure fairness, quality, and transparency

Order Issues & Defective Items

We gladly replace items that arrive: 

• damaged
• misprinted
• defective
• incorrect due to a production error

Timeframe:

You must contact us at info.xbeauty@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

What to include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and defect

Once verified, Xbeauty will issue a free replacement or store credit.

 

Wrong Size Orders

Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for: 

• wrong size
• buyer's remorse
• preference changes

Please refer to our size chart before ordering. If you need help choosing a size, reach out before purchasing.

 

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it:

• Check with neighbors or your local post office
• Wait 48 hours (sometimes carriers mark early)

If still missing, contact us. We will assist with a one-time replacement at our discretion.

 

Returns for Refund

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns for refunds unless:

• the product arrives damaged
• the product is defective
• the product is incorrect due to our error

In these cases, a refund may be issued after review.

 

Shipping  & Processing

All items are produced and shipped through Tapstitch. Processing times may vary depending on product type and order volume.
